Clean room,friendly staff,good breakfast,nice lounge at the reception 24h (free tea, coofee and fresh fruits),free wi-fi and parking,and the area is quiet.

A lovely old place to stay, especially if you are foreigner visiting US embassy in Nicosia with less than 10 mins walk. The facilities meet more than two stars. The rooms are clean.

A warm and friendly atmosphere. Free transportation. Free bikes. Free snacks. If you're not obssessed with luxury hotels then this is the most cost-benefit option you can have.
