Not sure what others have said but I've had a great stay. Been in a different room each week (not in my control) and they have all been very clean. Staff is very friendly and cute to boot.

Service is indeed slow! We checked in and no one greeted us. We had to call the hotel number upon arrival.

Been here many times. Hotel is well run and better than most in this price range. Staff is friendly and accommodating

After two stays, it appears this hotel regularly stays understaffed. Customer service is very poor. Rooms are not maintained in very good condition either. It's a value, but there's a reason for it.

Watch out for Jessica, not at the desk when you want to check in..... Wait 10 to 20 mintues, then she took 5 min to find our Reservation (once we repeated the confirmation number), hope its better 4 U
