It's seedy, but it's clean and cheap. The place has not been updated since the 70's but it is cheap. Two story walk up, no amenties but it's cheap. Did I say it was cheap enough times.

Checking in the young lady who took care of us was friendly. There was live music in the lounge. Right now they are making improvements. Good for them. Our room is neat. The bed is cozy. I'm happy.
