The dolphins are well trained and will interact with you guided by trainer. Almost everything you do though is for posing so they can take pictures of you, and the minimum $38 for a single photo.

When planning your trip to the Blow Holes of Grand Cayman, pack your camera and shoes with good traction to help explore the area. Sunset is one of the most beautiful times to view this wonder.

The dolphins seemed content & well-trained. We got kissed and hugged by a dolphin, and to had a pair of dolphins propel us through the water. I can mark one item off the bucket list.
