After requesting to extend the stay for a week and getting confirmation it was done,it.it was not done. This happened several times. Had to request for and extension 2-3 times each time I wanted one

Great place for long term stays, but the wifi is horribly slow--bring your own access will be much better for your sanity if you are a net junkie.
