I wanted to give this place a chance & they blew it! Don't, just don't do it. I won't ever come near this place again!

We called the desk & was asked to return there for a new room assignment. It took almost 45 min for them to find a clean room. Hallways & elevator have a strong, stale smelling odor.

Check in took very long do to key card issues. When we finally got to the room, housekeeping had not been there from the previous occupant.

Check in took a long time. "Key maker" was malfunctioning, they didn't have a room assigned to us, even though I called last night to confirm. Room hadn't been cleaned, back to the front desk to wait!

The room was clean when we got here, but I am not sure housekeeping staff exists. Halls and stairwells are filthy and breakfast area smells sour. WiFi very slow.
