Very run-of-the mill Hyatt Place. Has the look/feel of the former Amerisuites properties.

Friendly staff who go an extra mile to support u if u b nice...all u hav to do is just ask.....feels at home now aftr staying here for 2 months :)

Be nice & friendly to the staff! The woman at the front desk, Cindy made sure I got a room w/ a bigger closet since I was staying 3 nights & b/c I had to move rooms, I was given a complimentary meal.

Front desk staff is like Mon and Dad-do it all from check in to bartend. John handled the Super Bowl evening crowd with grace. Loved the man in pajamas making it happen in the business center
