Floors are covered with carpet stains. Furniture didn't match. Wall by chair was damaged. No silverware at table for first breakfast; tables on the second day weren't cleaned. Water fountain inop.

Breakfast is not included; however fruit and coffee is always free (even if you sneak over to the breakfast buffet).
