The food and drink is overpriced, service is slow and they are trialling a service charge for a waiter to bring you a drink so order at the bar

Staff are always very attentive. The rooms are decent and the evening meal is very good for the price. The morning breakfast is excellent with a very big selection to choose from.

Rooms very decent. Staff excellent. Usual business fare as far as decor. Rates ok. Hotel food and beverage prices are ridiculous. £4.30 for small costa cappuccino. Room service rates are very high.
