Hotel is just ok. New management and friendly, but shower took a while to get hot and the wall heater took a while to warm up. Rooms are a little creepy

Seriously, enough w the haters. It's quite fantastic here. I look fwd to my next stay & enjoyed this one immensely. Go back to Kansas, Louisiana or wherever u came from if u can't say anything nice.

Very slow check in process. Front desk staff not friendly. Wait staff very nice and helpful. Creepy hotel that needs some improvements. 2.5 stars.

Arrived at 5 pm and our room wasn't ready - and the very unhelpful girl at the desk had "no clue" when it would be. Hoping the other tips about hot water are wrong.
