Worst Holiday inn we've stayed at--didn't have our reservation at check in, didn't give us the two-bed room we requested & a broken thermostat. Only reason we got in is our membership status. Terrible

They have smoking rooms, so beware the fourth floor. Staff is nice and my room was clean. Lots of retail and food nearby.

Showed up at 1030pm and they already canceled our RESERVATION. No notice! I hate this hotel!!
