They don't automatically recognize Priority Club members, give upgrades or bottles of water as do all other Holiday Inn Expresses I stay at. As a Platinum member it is disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast & nice pool & hot tub. Staff was very warm and hospitable EXCEPT the manager, who was rude.
