Bathroom note promises complimentary toothpaste/brush, etc if u forget yours. No such luck w/toothpaste here. Fail.

It's an ok place. I continue to stay here because of Priority Club points. The place really needs a facelift though.

I'm not really sure room 127 is an "upgrade." Sure, it's a "suite" (not a real suite, but one of those big rooms Holiday Inn Express calls a suite), but it also smells funky and the tub drips nonstop.

I agree. Some tubs drain, others not. Pool frequently is green! Wifi seldom works.

This is the multiple personality disorder location of Holiday Inns. Some rooms have new furnishings and HDTVs. Others not so much. Some rooms have clean tubs, others, not so much. It's a crapshoot.
