No Fitnesscenter ... First HIX I came across without one :( though you can use the one the Hampton Inn next door.

Has a little funny odor, but hotel & rooms are very clean with a friendly night clerk.

Reasonable rates, clean rooms, breakfast and wifi included, what more could you ask for. Be forewarned that lots of college athletic teams stay here for events against High Point U.
