Hotel was clean. Staff was courteous. Shuttle could get us where we wanted to go but we had A LOT of difficulty getting the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel.

Internet access is not free but you can hop on the Methodist wifi if you are in the right spot . This hotel is busy but the service is good.

Go here if you're visiting Rice University; it's only a short walking distance from campus. Great rooms too.
