The a/c worked great. Other guests were friendly. Shopping and restaurants are located close to the property. I did not use the pool.My family would stay here again.

The hotel is old, but conveniently located, and the rooms very clean, comfortable, and well insulated from outside traffic noise. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean room with semi updated bathroom. Very quaint motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed for a week and had no complaints at all. Great location to Providence, Fall River, etc.

For the price, really clean. Very spacious, and the women at the front desk was really nice! Not to mention I got a good price! I'm looking forward to the breakfast in the morning.

We picked this place on a whim when we made last minute plans. Nice, clean room. Staff is nice and friendly. It's close to a lot of restaurants. Affordable rates. I would stay here again.

I stay here every time I go to New England. Nice and clean, well appointed, the owner is right on top of everything! This is the best value in hotels in the whole RI/SE MA area!! You WILL be satisfied

We stayed overnight this past weekend and had a perfectly good stay. The room was clean (especially the bathroom which is super important), the bed was clean and comfy, the door locks were solid

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. The rooms are average, and always clean. Staff is very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping. Nice outdoor pool for swimming.

Cheap rate & economic quality, so I can't complain. Towels are cheap so it's a good idea to bring your own just to make sure. Great location & a lot of restaurants on a walking distance (!!)

Don't be afraid to ask questions. Wifi, pool, microwave and mini fridge. Ice machine in lobby past desk straight. can't. breakfast not sure of exact hours but they had mini danish, Eng. muff, cereal!
