This place is brand new as of April 2015. Nice new build smell and clean everything. Staff is new as well. Hope it stays this nice. The only con is it's far from campus / town.

The construction appears rushed. The bathroom door didn't close and the bathtub caulk aren't sealed and drywall dust are abound.
