The hotel was conveniently located downtown, the room was spacious, with very soft bedding. In particular, our concierge who checked us in was outstanding!

Pretty good hotel, however for every little thing had to pay extra - even WiFi. Self parking was about $80 for three days (without notifying me about it at arrival).

Use the free bikes and go north up the boardwalk around sunset for an amazing ride

Great Hotel. We stay here often when in LA. Baleen is amazing place to eat. Service is sometimes slow at front desk but they have always took care of us and made any issue we had right.

Lovely location, but be sure to check your bill at checkout. The cc hold for incidentals is high on check-in & extra charges (eg., parking) are sometimes wrongly included. Service was good otherwise.
