Awesome rooms with street view on the second floor! Huge windows, nice view and soft ceiling you can sit on sipping your evening whisky. Niceee!

This place sucks. Yeah it's cheaper than most but when you factor in cab fares because of it's horrible location, you could just as well stayed at the Fraser Suites on the Royal Mile.

Very good value. £80 for 2-person Superior roon w/ breakfast in Oct. Nice facilities, free private car park. Breakfast so-so. Walk to Royal Mile in 25min, but a lot of shops/restaurants along the way.
