In a nutshell: Room - beautiful, clean, comfortable & quiet; Staff: professional, friendly & helpful; Location: right on the waterfront. Everything was perfect - I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The staff are the best I have met in any hotel. They are friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I would recommend staying here above all the other hotels in New Plymouth.
