The room was clean and the restaurant modern. However, breakfast was not good quality and you can only get cooked food between 5&10pm. You only get 30mins free wifi.

If you're planning to use the National Express Hotel Hoppa bus then don't buy your tickets online in@advance - the drivers don't recognise printed tickets. You're much safer just buying on the bus.

Rooms are much nicer since the refurb, but it looks like the restaurant area escaped that, which is a shame. By the way, avoid room 307 unless you want to listen to growing air con/heating all night.

TV remote was missing at room 146, went to ask at reception and just got told there that wasn't any replacement!

Room standard but clean and tidy. Food overpriced and poor, but only option for hot food around unless you want/can travel out
