Place needs some serious work/renovations (pealing wallpaper, mothballed pool, worn carpeting), but the bottom line is it was clean and bug/critter-free. If you just need a place to crash, it will do.

Supposedly designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, but utterly dilapidated and moderately terrifying. Not recommended.
