So we had bed bugs in our room and showed the desk bites, blood on the sheet, and finally caught one in a cup and they are giving us the run around about a refund. "Jason" even hung up on me. Avoid.

No in-room coffee pot. Possible in-room microwave. Interestingly loose wiring in some rooms.
