The cafeteria accepts credit cards now. The deli does not, though.

As of 5/30/13, credit cards are accepted at the cafeteria. An author for the Archives' blog figured that this development is about as pivotal as FDR's signing and creating of the NARA itself.

Cafeteria accepts credit/debit cards. If you are a foreign researcher, do not forget to circle your surname on the request form. Otherwise, you'll wait for your request, which was already pulled.

Not customer service oriented, but then again, they don't have to be, because nobody else has the records you need.

Be sure to interact with all the staff .. they're really friendly, and know what they're talking about .. NOT!!!!

Get the cafe verona from the cafe .. YUM!! But I hope you have cash .. they don't accept credit!! (why would they.. )

Always get here by 8 to get a parking space and go through security. That way you can register before the crowds arrive.
