Do all the homeless people in DT Oshkosh have to be here today all at once? Couldn't find a spot to sit down and enjoy a magazine at today without prying eyes everywhere.. no privacy whatsoever..

You can now check-out an unlimited number of DVD's. They are doing it as a trial, assuming there are enough DVD's on the shelf, they will continue that policy.
