The theatre is awesome here but the food court sucks to the core. Still, the malls seems to have a decent traffic connection. People can easily reach the place if they're from the city.

This place sucks. Smelly, cramped up, uncomfortable halls. If you're there, burn the place and walk away. You'd do humanity a huge favor.
