It's cheap. But they use equipment till last breath. No fixes at all. Ceiling renovation at bike room stopped on half way. Light fixtures covers at showers some places holds with only screw. Shame.

As a personal trainer I actually worked out of here personally the gym was always cleaning, good equipment. Checking out a personal trainer at the gym if you are trying to reach specific goals

If you are looking for personal trainer, I Highly recommend Travis for personal trainer. I see a significant difference with his methodical training. Very professional, gets the best out of you.

VERY POOR management. trained with my trainer for 4 years over the years he has bought many things such as various lifting bars, kettlebells, ropes, sleds. Now they say we can't use THIS STUFF ANYMORE
