This is a great place to avoid crowded Starved Rock. Awesome canyons in the dells area.

If you plan on hiking in the spring, fall, or winter wear water proof shoes as there are places where the path gets a bit wet.

Great place to hike right near Starved Rock. Never as busy as Starved Rock, but also can't spend a full day there. It might be prettier than Starved Rock, just not as large. Both are great!

To descend to the bottom of the canyon, go to the bridge near Strawberry Rock

Amazing sites for the senses. Wear old clothes and shoes because you'll probably get muddy if you go down in the dells
