Always plenty of spots to hang out on the beach. Stay for the sunset! There's a grassy area with a couple picnic tables by the restrooms where you can have a picnic.

Beautiful beach. If you're there late at night, you get a perfect view of the stars. I referred to my star map to know what I was looking at. The water at shore is low so you can go a couple feet in.
