Hotel needs updated and so goes beds etc, was sadly let down by this hotel. Had to get room deep cleaned plus proper family rooms need made!! On a plus side staff fantastic. Food not great standard

Country club is superb. Great value, fantastic facilities and the spinning classes are killing me! (in a good way!)

Hotel is in a state of disrepair. Don't brave the dining area, they use the cheapest ingredients and the table service was a joke. We went to Relish at Southgate for breakfast each morning instead.
