Easy on the skin, bathing suit, and eyes: the Plunge is a low-chlorine pool. Water is sanitized with ultraviolet disinfectant and saline chlorination systems

Opens at 6 a.m. for morning lap swimming before work. Women's locker rooms get busy between 7:45-8
