Friendly staff. But that is it. Poor signs. Dirty tanks. Missing magnifyers. No touch tanks & yet they promote a traveling service for schools. Looks like the business is really running down.

Feeding times online and on notice board are wrong! Bad management mistakes. Makes it hard to plan day!

Try to get there for about 1.45pm as they feed the otters at 2pm and it's well worth watching!
