They are always out of something. Today they left cranberries off my salad and she said "we are tired." The workers seem so unhappy and stoned. Get it together! It ain't cheap to eat here.

Terrible bagels. Terrible service. The ham and Swiss deli melt was made in correctly and tasted like it was made of plastic. Nobody seemed to know how to make it and it took forever.

The bagels here are not as good as other locations, they taste under cooked, either that or they are not toasting my bagel longer than I like.
