Shopped here for my own dress, had an appt, but they accepted a walk-in at the last minute. I understand you don't want to turn brides away, but my appt was split with another party and we suffered.

Helpful for trying on dresses, poor service when is came to paying & ordering. Not friendly towards people with disabilities. Big FAIL David's
