If they don't offer a Kama'aina discount, be sure to ask for it. 10% off food stuffs, 25% off Hilo Hattie's brand, 15% off all other items.

Watch out for the Pearl jewelry shop..the pearls may be free but the jewelry will set u back a couple hundred dollars at least!

There are free shuttles from Waikiki that will bring you to Hilo Hatties. It runs every 30 mins. It also stops at the Ala Moana mall.
