Good luck finding a check out line that isn't 65 feet long... And there are times where the service/return desk has a wicked long line, annoyingly enough. But nice employees and clean store...

Customer service department sucks 25 min and all employees keep saying is I will have someone paged to take care of u. I like site to store but not for this long a wait!
