The Photos With Santa thing is a bit of a waste. They use a glossy backdrop with a pocket camera that uses a flash. Then they inkjet print it all.

They’re doing “Your Pet With Santa” photos. From experience as a volunteer I know that they have terrible cheap little cameras, and the backdrops are glossy, which means glare in the flash photos.
