Everyone says this is a ghetto Target. Only ghetto by Orange County standards. this isn't a Wal-Mart, where the creeps and weirdos congregate. Second, it's close to South Coast.

No outlets to plug in your laptop if you decide to do a little work or studying here in the cafe/Starbucks.
