The ladies here have a great sense of humor. They put up with me & my crazy family - even when Mum bought Toblerone for the journey ready for our Swiss trip last year!

Best floor manager in all of the Waitrose branches is Mash in Barnet - he rocks - so helpful and efficient and has a wicked sense of humour!
