Dirty, full of sketchy, loud people and drug dealers. Avoid this place if possible. Not a good place to wait for an out of town bus.

Buy your bus pass after the 20th and before the end of the month to avoid line ups

Watch out! Greyhound now cares about the time/date on your ticket. It must match the bus you want. This is a new policy as of Dec 1, 2013, and they did not notify their customers (how kind of them!).

Buy Greyhound tickets online and print from home to save a lot of money - only full refundable fares are sold at the kiosk.
