We are still waiting for the 8am bus after over 3 hours wait as the bus broke down. Seriously??! A big bus company Alsa doesn’t have any back up buses in case of a bus breakdown?

Head to the platform for the airport and pay the driver 4 Euros. So easy!

Mi experiencia (2019): muy normalita la estación, limpia, no muy grande. Era fácil encontrar billetes de ALSA y el andén de salida. No vi nada “creepy” aquí.

So many tips about shadiness, here’s an update (2019). Perfectly normal bus station; not very big, super easy to find ticket sales & departure platform. Info screens were clear. I saw nothing creepy.
