Terrible experience. We had to wait in line for almost 2 hours. They don't always have the smaller cars and trying to upsell you a bigger and more expensive one.

I rented a car from the Kent, WA location and paid in full at time of reservation. After returning the car Budget is charging me extra ($455) because I didn't use the vehicle for the entire time.

$30 of "obligatory" extra fees added to my bill and they came up with three different explanations of what this was for. Then they lied about cancelling my contract. So I went to alamo instead
