Conveniently located at the end of the airport (4th floor), they have kiosks to process your rental application and the car is ready for pickup in the carpark (2nd floor).

Will never rent at enterprise again. I used to love enterprise and always rent cars from them but my experience in SFO is sooo bad. Rude customer service, manager doesn't know what she is doing.

Tell them if you live locally and someone is picking/dropping you off. They will refund you the $20 airtram fee.
