Not as bad as people make it sound on here, nice and plentiful employees, and a great shuttle driver from the airport

Nobody was at the return booth or Thrifty counter at 4pm, I guess they have better things to do then stay at work past 4pm.

Never rent from Thrifty in MKE. They didn't have my car ready when I arrived & wanted me to wait 30 minutes. They could have at least offered a free upgrade!
