215 Water Street. 7-story office building is built atop 3-story retail mall. It's the largest office building in Newfoundland. It has dominated the St. John's waterfront since completion in 1975.

You could sit here to enjoy a view of the harbour front. For an even better view, climb to the top level of the attached parking garage.
