THE WORST. How can I pay for parking if I can't find the place to do it, only a sign explaining it? Some spots say weekends are free. Is this all spots? Greenwood is closed. WTF?!? The worst.

Best spot to watch the Septa trains roll by. Four Septa lines pass through here (if you count the PHL Airport line).

Make sure you use a restroom before having to wait here after hours because the Ticket Office closes at 7:30 and there are no other bathrooms!
