Contrary to previous tips, the 5th level is NOT open to overnight parking on Friday and Saturday. That level is for overnight permit parking (free parking during the day though)

Overnight parking is permitted in the Van Buren Parking Deck (Levels 1 - 5), Central Parking Facility (Levels 1 and 2) and the Municipal Center Parking Deck (Lower Level) on Friday and Saturday nights
