There's also a set of stairs accessible from MLK Jr. Blvd. where you can get to Tracks 1 and 3 if you are rushing to catch your train.

Avoid the snack bar. Prices are a big rip off and the coffee and milk containers are always almost empty. Not good when you have to pay first to get a cup and have only a few minutes before your train

Enjoy the Graffiti along the Railway walls as you creep in from Watsessing or leaving Newark Broad!

If you'd like to get a seat during the 7-8am hours to NYC on weekdays, forget it. It's better to go to Newark Penn to get a seat because everyone gets off to take the Path into the city.

If you're going to a Devils game, or event at Prudential Center, Newark Penn Station is closer, easier walk.

Inexpensive, all-ages fun is just a subway away from NY Penn Station. Head to Luna Park at Coney Island for sun, surf, rides and thrills!

Nice little snack bar downstairs from Track 2. Pricing mixed. A granola bar (expensive) cost the same price as a bagel with peanut butter (cheap). Cashier is friendly. Be sure to tip :-)

Contrary to what an earlier tip said, there is an ATM near the ticket office, and the ticket machine (on the inbound platform) takes cards.
