It is not easy to find allergen friendly foods, so be prepared to spend a little while looking at signs and asking questions. There are some tasty options to he found.

If you catch the train, buy the ticket before you enter in the coach, it's cheaper

If you really want a healthy and scrumptious breakfast sandwich, get the egg white and cheddar sandwich on a wheat thin bagel. It's only 230 calories minus the breakfast meat!!
